Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    The Location in Naperville is beyond the worst, especially the manager Jess. Very harassing and ignorant. She needs to remember she works for a corporation not her self. So if she continues to act ignorant to customers then that means her staff will too?

    I had an outstanding experience today(03/09/2026) at the Lululemon store thanks to Stacy. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. Stacy took the time to show me different colors and styles of pants, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was how warm, friendly, and professional she was. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit and style. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Thank you, Stacy, for going above and beyond!

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Called yesterday and they said we can do a quality exchange. Drive 1 hr to this location just for them to say no and give me only 20 dollar gift card for 2 scubas. Other locations and they always say yes.

    They are a bunch of crooks! They know exactly what they are doing. My daughter went in for a return. She forgot the receipt. She gave my email address. It clearly show I am a member and paid for the item. They gave her half back. My question is why not the entire amount? It wasn't on sale when I purchased it.
