The employee on duty completely ignored me — no greeting, no offer to help, nothing. In 20 minutes since I was there she helped only one client who made a return, completely ignoring the rest of us. I waited around hoping for some basic customer service, but it never came. If you're looking for a place where your presence matters, this isn’t it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

You could tell she really enjoys helping people—it made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like that makes all the difference. When I called to find out what was happening they told me they didn't place they order but did manage to charge me 100$ for them. Needed to come back in store when I wanted a refund because they would still need to replace the order and it would take another 2 weeks provided they order correctly this time. 2 stars because staff is nice but lack of follow through/competence. Disappointing transaction that should've been fun
