    just picked up my father's ring i had in pawn, completely altered. they changed the main stone ,diamond and reduced the size of the ring. it use to be sloppy on my ring finger. now it won't fit on my pinky. totally unethical place.

    This resale boutique is located in a nice area. It has cameras, locked doors, a friendly staff and offers a safe space to complete transactions. Chris and Joe showed transparency from showing weight on the scale, explaining how acid tests work to identify what metal we had, and an x-ray gun to further test metals for accuracy. We learned a lot about the pieces we had. I was able to sell several broken gold chains for hundreds of dollars. I’m sure every lady has broken gold or silver jewelry that’s just unusable. They also sell jewelry at way lower cost than retail. We are grateful and happy we gave resale and exchange a chance. I think this location can help anyone needing to help a relative, a sick pet, or catch up on bills or even set money aside for the future. Chris and Joe helped our family and gave another chapter to the items we weren’t using any longer.

    I've been coming to this pawn shop for over a year now, and honestly, my experience completely depends on who's behind the counter. When Chris is working, it's a 10/10 every single time. He's professional, patient, and genuinely kind. He takes the time to thoroughly inspect my items, clearly explains how they calculate the loan or payout, and has always worked with me to get me the amount I needed when possible. Chris makes the whole process feel fair and stress-free — I actually look forward to coming in when I know he's there.Unfortunately, that's not the case with the other staff I've dealt with (usually the female employee and the older gentleman). They both tend to act annoyed or rushed, like I'm inconveniencing them just by walking in. The customer service from them is cold and makes me feel like a burden instead of a repeat customer.Bottom line: Come when Chris is working and you'll have a great experience. Because of him, I'll keep coming back — but only when he's on shift. He’s the reason this place gets 5 stars from me.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
