We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    I’m a long term customer of lulu however I’ve recently experienced a quite frustrating return. I bought the city essential bags online a month ago, since I couldn’t decide which size fits me the best, I bought 3 different sizes, all in white color. Upon receiving them and trying, I decided to keep 2 and return 1. I went back to the shop to return after two weeks cus i had a business trip prior to that and didn’t have time to go earlier. They did not take the bag back, told me they needed the tag, which I had cut when I was trying the bag on, and thrown away since it’s passed weekly garbage collection days. I told them I no longer have the tag. They asked if I had the order they can see. I showed my order email, they checked but then told me they can’t take it back cus they need the tag. (Why did you ask to see the order then? That wasn’t for confirmation so you can help with the return? Or did you think I stole this bag somewhere and would not have the order email??) When I said in the email I received it said nothing about needing to keep the tag on, all it says is to “simply show the barcode in store for return”, they still insisted and said no, did not let me return. Then they told me to call a number and said they might accept the return via that number. I called the number, was told I can return, they’ll email me the link and form to fill and request for return. I did that. After a week+, I got the response back in email, they would not take the return, told me that they only accept return if the product has defect. And in my case the bag is perfectly fine, so they cannot take a return. At this point it’s over a month that I bought the bag, so even based on regular return policy that 30 days period has passed. I guess now I’m just stuck with 3 SAME color SAME bags just different sizes.

    This past Saturday was one of those days we’ll never forget. We went to Wheaton, IL for the Ovarian Cancer Walk to support my best friend and business partner, Nicole — a true warrior who continues to inspire everyone around her. 🩵 After the walk, we decided to stop in Naperville for some food (because, priorities 😋) and made a quick visit to Lululemon. What happened next left us speechless — the amazing staff were so moved by Nicole’s light and energy that they decided to gift her a set. 🩵 It was such a beautiful reminder that kindness and love always find their way back. This moment — her smile, the warmth in that store, and the generosity of strangers — will forever stay in our hearts. 💫

We love Nicole and have seen her struggle and persevere through this journey but the vip treatment she received from you all yesterday was pure beauty.
