    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Called yesterday and they said we can do a quality exchange. Drive 1 hr to this location just for them to say no and give me only 20 dollar gift card for 2 scubas. Other locations and they always say yes.

    They are a bunch of crooks! They know exactly what they are doing. My daughter went in for a return. She forgot the receipt. She gave my email address. It clearly show I am a member and paid for the item. They gave her half back. My question is why not the entire amount? It wasn't on sale when I purchased it.

    Came in to return an item I received as a gift but with no receipt unfortunately. A female manager with brown hair came over and just had a look on her face as if she was judging me from the start. She had a slight accent but not sure from where. And slightly older as well (maybe 35-40). I Almost felt prejudiced in some way. Gave me a look as if I was a “peasant”, or at least how I felt. Ultimately she denied my return at every opportunity. Stating that even though the item was new and most of the tags were on it except the Barcode tag, she could not accept. I called Lululemon customer service and they stated she SHOULD HAVE accepted the return…I’m good on this store/company in general tbh
