Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

It clearly show I am a member and paid for the item. They gave her half back. My question is why not the entire amount? It wasn't on sale when I purchased it.

A female manager with brown hair came over and just had a look on her face as if she was judging me from the start. She had a slight accent but not sure from where. And slightly older as well (maybe 35-40). I Almost felt prejudiced in some way. Gave me a look as if I was a “peasant”, or at least how I felt. Ultimately she denied my return at every opportunity. Stating that even though the item was new and most of the tags were on it except the Barcode tag, she could not accept. I called Lululemon customer service and they stated she SHOULD HAVE accepted the return…I’m good on this store/company in general tbh

We recently visited and had a mostly positive experience. A special shoutout to the young man who helped us try on sneakers and assisted with placing an online order for some bags that weren’t available in-store. We’ve seen him a few times now, and he’s always fantastic and genuinely helpful. However, the checkout experience was a bit disappointing and is the main reason I’m giving four stars instead of five. While chatting casually with the cashier, we asked if she could pack a discounted bag separately since it was a gift. Unfortunately, her tone came off as somewhat sarcastic, which was off-putting. It wasn’t overt, but the sarcasm was definitely noticeable in her voice and it slightly spoiled the otherwise pleasant shopping trip. Overall, the store and staff are great, and I will definitely keep coming back. Just a little more warmth and professionalism at the checkout would make the experience perfect.
