All young people of course. The worst is Mike. Somehow, failed upwards. Someone so inept at customer service is the manager. The Orland park or countryside locations are way better. They actually have real life experience unlike the zombies at Naperville. Hopefully upper management sees that there are many complaints about Mike, the inept and has a nice chat or more people come forward about his lack of customer service.
