  Hi Gorjana Community! I care to share about the recent uplifting and wonderful experience I had in the Downtown Naperville Gorjana store location last week (Week of Halloween). I want to shout out Diana, who made my experience seamless. I had called a week before coming into the store in person in regard to a recently purchased/ received gift and immediately felt at ease and welcomed by Diana’s service on the phone. Right off the bat, I knew I was in the right hands. She answered all of my questions with care and consideration, helping me to feel understood and valued as a person. Diana not only treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, she continued this cadence by communicating my inquiries across with her fellow co-workers and sale representatives at the store, prioritizing clear communication and customer experience through a team coordinated awareness. By bridging our developed conversation and progress with the other employees, Diana intentionally ensured that everybody in the work atmosphere was on the same page and updated. This action that Diana took demonstrated her profound conscious of accountability and team-initiative for serving my story’s purpose, modeling her exceptional aptitude of leadership combined with her embrace of mutual success. Diana made it possible for me to then feel at home when I got to speak with another representative on the phone in a separate opportunity, because they were aligned. Diana warmly welcomed me into the store when I visited in person, where she truly made my day, my week, my year, because it is the people like her that keep people like us coming back, and wearing Gorjana’s stunning pieces with pride. I thank Gorjana, specifically Diana, for your delightfully curated customer service and spreading the love!

  They have super cute jewelry. The staff there was very nice and honest. I bought a piece and I plan on returning.

  I stopped by for the first time this past Sunday 7/5 just as they opened and was so impressed! Both associates who helped me were absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, attentive, and very helpful. I ended up picking out two pieces, and they made the whole experience so pleasant and easy. I wish I had caught their names so I could thank them personally, but I truly appreciate their great customer service. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back again.
