When I was at the register, The associate told me after I swiped my card that the register had locked up. So she moved me over to another register and I asked her, is that going to go through on my card? She said no, it didn’t go through because the register is locked up. So then I had to pay for another gift card at another register. When I got home, I checked my statement the week afterwards and sure enough I was charged double. I called the store to talk to the manager, and the manager told me there was nothing he could do about, it to call the customer service Number. I did that and had to speak to two different people at different locations in the world, nobody helped me at all. So much for AI. It wouldn’t even let me get through to anybody in the corporate office at the Columbus location. Don’t buy gift cards at this location!
