  Aerie at the Naperville Promenade is easily one of my favorite spots in the suburbs for comfy, cute essentials. The store is bright, spacious, and always super clean — way less chaotic than some of the downtown Chicago locations. The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful without hovering, and they keep the fitting rooms stocked with different sizes so you’re not running back and forth. The quality of Aerie’s Real Soft® leggings, bralettes, Offline activewear, and loungewear is consistently excellent — everything washes well, keeps its shape, and actually feels good on your skin. I’m obsessed with their undies (the seamless and lace styles especially) and always leave with a handful because the 10 for $38 deal is hard to beat. That said, full-price can feel a little steep for basics (leggings regularly $50–$70, hoodies $60+). This location runs the same promotions as online, so my pro tip: wait for the frequent 40–60% off sitewide sales, clearance markdowns, or the extra 25% off clearance events. That’s when Aerie goes from “nice” to “stock-up-for-the-whole-year” prices. Sign up for Aerie Real Rewards too — the points add up fast and you’ll get early access to the best sales. Overall, 5 stars when you shop smart. Highly recommend the Naperville store for a relaxed, low-pressure experience and the latest drops!

  Bought something online and tried to make an exchange but their was a problem with the exchange, they made the situation really difficult for me, not helpful

  Store hours state 10AM and I was waiting outside for the Aerie store staff to open the door at 10AM. I could see multiple employees talking with each other and looking at me by the door waiting. I even waved to acknowledge that I was waiting to be let inside. By 10:10 AM, I left to take my business elsewhere. Customer service was horrific before I even got into the store.

  The girls who work here either hate their jobs or customers. Completely unfriendly, the don’t even make eye contact or greet you.

  Atrocious behavior by the GenZ girl at the cash register. She did not demonstrate competency in ringing up the transaction. She did not demonstrate competency in selecting an appropriate bag size for the purchase and chose a bag that was grossly too small. She was not warm. She did not smile. At the end of our interaction she told me to “have a day”. Is this our future? Where is the warm customer greeting? Where is the competency? Where is the respect? Where are the pleasantries? I’ve officially experienced The GenZ Stare.
