- JLJacqueline LopezJan 22, 20262.0Came in around 7:40 PM to return boots I had purchased for my mom and quickly check for another pair, knowing they closed at 8:00. Instead of being greeted, the manager (Gino) immediately said, “We’re closing in 15 minutes,” with no hello or smile. It felt rude and unwelcoming. Within minutes, we were reminded multiple times that they were closing, which made us feel rushed out, even though other customers were still shopping. The manager followed us while we were browsing and pointed out items we were already basically standing next to. The cashier was kind, but overall the customer service was poor. The doors were locked behind me at 7:49 PM, before closing time. I’ve worked in customer service and know how important delivery is. This experience was disappointing, especially as a paying customer. After this interaction we will be buying boots elsewhere.

When I was at the register, The associate told me after I swiped my card that the register had locked up. So she moved me over to another register and I asked her, is that going to go through on my card? She said no, it didn’t go through because the register is locked up. So then I had to pay for another gift card at another register. When I got home, I checked my statement the week afterwards and sure enough I was charged double. I called the store to talk to the manager, and the manager told me there was nothing he could do about, it to call the customer service Number. I did that and had to speak to two different people at different locations in the world, nobody helped me at all. So much for AI. It wouldn’t even let me get through to anybody in the corporate office at the Columbus location. Don’t buy gift cards at this location!
