  The best alo staff in the Chicago land area!! I will only shop this location now as the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and engaging !

  I’ve visited this Alo location for the first time today and I had the worst experience. I’ve never written a review but the service left a horrible taste in my mouth, as I approached the accessories area the employee working the register said “are you ready” with an attitude.. so I felt uncomfortable and said yes (there was no one else in the store so I had no idea why she was rushing me) While I was paying I realized I did not have my alo giftcard I wanted to use and so I said I’ll be right back I’ll run to my car and she threw the shorts on the counter and sighed. Which is crazy, as I work retail myself I would never treat anyone this way, I decided to not come back and will shop elsewhere!

  stopped by Alo Yoga today (1/3) to return a birthday gift. I was originally heading to Oak Brook, but after hearing there was a new location in Naperville, I decided to turn around and go closer to home—and I’m really glad I did. The staff was exceptionally friendly, transparent, and helpful. Not only did they assist me with my return, but one associate went above and beyond by helping me switch up my outfit to something that truly fit my style. She actually listened to what I was looking for, which made the whole experience feel personal and genuine. I just want to thank everyone there for being courteous, welcoming, and attentive. With this level of service, I have no doubt you’ll be around for a long time. Thanks again, and wishing you all continued success.
