What happened to this store I used to like coming here and now it's awful service every time until I get to the register then it's all smiles and "did you find everything?" Like no I didn't half your staff is in hiding apparently. Update it was over 30 minutes before I said forget it and just walked out. Side note: the guy in the wool cowboy hat needs fired he repeatedly looked at me clearly needing help and decided not to assist me, it's not the first time I've seen him ignore customers either.

When I asked if she would admit that the sign was confusing, she turned on her heel and walked away. That is not good customer relations! I am not happy!
