    Don't make any mistakes when ordering. Chris at lingerie was incredibly condescending! First the three gals all exchanged a look when I needed a bigger size FOR MY WEDDING because it didn't fit my fiance. Why do I get to be laughed at? She did NOT explain the refund process. She refunded my item without telling me I will have to pay for the new item. I felt absolutely disrespected by the employees so I, in turn, was not respectful and got upset when it wasn't explained to me that I have to pay for an even exchange on an item. If Chris doesn't want to work at JC Penny's and be bothered by customer service, she certainly can find a new job. Explain the process. If you want to talk crap about your customers, wait until your transaction has even had the chance to begin. Will not return. 0 stars was not an option.

    Sales person in the big and tall section knows his stuff, he is helpful and excellent in upsetting without missing a beat or unpleasant experience. Don't know his name but tall, military hair cut and very friendly.

    Thursday Nov 26 evening. I needed a slow cooker to transport Thanksgiving mashed potatoes to the TG dinner I would attend the next day. JC Penney's in SouthPark Mall Moline had a nice selection in their 2nd floor housewares department. However, no one was there to help me. I needed information on my options, and if I selected one, I would need someone to ring it up for me and to help carry the box down the escalator to the front door so I could pick it up with my car. That was a lot to ask on the eve of a holiday. And, I was tired and "at the end of my rope". I went empty handed with questions down to a first floor check out counter. Three clerks were busy with customers. However, when it was my turn, one of the clerks offered to go back upstairs with me, she answered all my questions and carried my choice down the escalator to the cash register. The second clerk rang up my sale and the third, a young man named Broden, who I believe as a new hire for the holidays, instructed me to go get my car and pull up to the door right outside the checkout station. The minute I pulled up, Broden carried the box out and place it in my car. Where else would I have received that kind of service from a mall store on a holiday eve? I have always been impressed with the good service at Penneys. This is an example of employees going beyond the call of duty . Thank you, team! Thank you, Broden.

    I bought the shirts at penney for $237.80 and paid with my credit card. But when I got home the bill was 2 for the same amount. I questioned it and called back to resolve it and a few days later I was refunded one bill. And I thought that was it but a few days later my card was charged again for the same amount. I wasted a lot of time going back there to ask and was told it would be resolved tomorrow. And until now I still haven't been resolved. Very upset about it. Anyway they should have refunded me but it just wasted a lot of my time. I probably won't be back.
