- EEedougy92Nov 26, 20251.0Went to JCPenny with the hope that portraits were going to be taken. I’ve been coming here since my babies were months old; now they’re four. The photographer Jorome who lied and said his name was Michael was TERRIBLE. Wasn’t dressed as if he even wanted to be at work. Lacked enthusiasm. Had no personality when it came to filming toddlers. As we entered the studio he asked “so what you wanna do” I told him I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have never been asked that. Usually the photographer assists with the vision for the customer and brings it to light. So once I stated that then he decided to “assist” with taking the pictures. I honestly don’t even want to think he was a photographer …. like did you lie on the resume? I didn’t like any of the pictures taken and I am very dissatisfied with the outcome.
