  Very rude staff. I asked if I could call ahead to confirm the different deals since they change daily and the automated message isn’t updated correctly. They told me I could, but when I tried to call they immediately hung up on me. Very unprofessional, if you don’t want to talk to people on the phone get a different job.

  I go to Last Chance with my daughter and friends and we usually get great deals. We never go with the intention of needing anything. Our intention is to go and hunt for a great deal. I am impressed with how the staff keeps up, even somewhat, with the cleanup and organization of the . I recently learned if you’re looking for the best deal, You need to go on Friday or Saturday when certain tags are 80% off.

  The Managers, A, T, and J keep things running smoothly and fairly, even when I’m at the back of the line, I honor how fair they are being to customers who want to enter. 2 recommendations, make the number pulling more fun, how about a raffle drum/ ticket tumbler, so customers can get excited right away😱! Second recommendation is to use the raffle system in the store once in a while for home and the case, give numbers as we enter (different from outside) then, use those for entry to places like the designer area/case, home goods etc. thank you all for keeping us safe. 🥰
