  I’ve been twice. Once in May, 2025 and once in February, 2026. The store was in the same dirty/messy condition both times. This store is a workout. Mental and physical. There is absolutely no organization. I tried looking in the racks with my size, but there were as many wrong sizes as correct sizes, on each and every rack, so you really can’t look at all the merchandise you want, because it would take many hours. There is so much clothing under the racks on the floor. Check your items closely… many items were damaged. About ¼ of the shoes were well-worn, but priced like they were brand new. There are many items with missing tags. I found shoes that I adored, and asked an associate (who was going to the back) if anyone could price them for me. She said no. They have to be brought to the back to be marked. She didn’t ask for the shoes, to take them back with her. They clearly don’t spend any time fixing stock. You go hoping you find items in your size with prices on them. The employees stand around complaining. The locked store bathroom was ripe with weed. The checkout associates seem so over their jobs. It appears that a lot of resellers go 1st thing in the morning. There were not a lot of quality brands, but there were plenty of Nordstrom brand and affordable brands.

  Today was my first day I went the store I woke up super early because I heard they give numbers to enter it was 9:54am and the manager tall white guy I think his name is Alex because I asked with someone else and he sent me all the way to the back with people who didn’t have numbers I was with my little baby in her stroller and also w other people it was my bad experience I will never be going back again I don’t recommend nobody to go!

  Amazing selection, but you have to pick through! Which I personally hate! And if you hate it, this is the wrong place for you. This is the perfect place for my mom. She lovessssssssss Last Chance! We went yesterday so she can look for a coat. While she was looking for coats, I went to the shoe section. The shoe section is easier to pick through so that's why I went to that section. I actually did find some Sam Edelman Birkenstock sandals, which were beautiful. They were originally $150 but you guys had them on sale for $25. SCORE!!!!! My mom found me a bcbgmaxazria faux shearling coat that was originally almost $400 for $52! Double SCORE!!!! I LOVE a good bargain!!!!! My mom bought a coat and some shoes too that will reduce substantially as well. My mom thought she lost her Nordstrom card so she called Nordstrom so they can put a hold on her account but forgot by the time we were in line, she remembered it. Ebony got customer service on the phone for my mom and my mom was able to unblock her card and get a new card sent! Ebony also thoroughly explained the procedures of when you don't physically have your Nordstrom card to my mom and I. She was very patient kind and extremely helpful!!!!!!!! Ebony gave award winning customer service! You betta work Ebony!!!!!! P.S…. Why did you guys reduce your Designer clothing, shoes and purses section??
