  Long wait for a simple return - long line and cashiers just taking their time Also no plus size selection

  I was shopping at Nordstrom for my mom’s birthday and so I was running around crazy figuring out sizes and what she would like, etc. Susan at the register helped me so much and was so incredibly patient with me even though I had to run back a couple times and exchange sizes. She was so kind and I’m so grateful for her making a quite stressful shopping trip, great. Thank you!
