Bought a pair of boots, the sole came off of one of the shoes within maybe 4 hours tops of wearing them?? I explained this, tried to exchange them next day because that has to be a defective item, I wore them to my car, to the party, took pictures, took them off, put them on my way back that’s it. I wanted to exchange them not even a flat return because that shouldn’t happen! They refused. I’ve been a customer and I’ve also worked on the other side in the retail industry they should have done an exchange and damaged out the defective item. Lost $90 which I know isn’t a lot in the grand scheme of things but again, that should not happen, I was sold a defective item. Don’t trust what you’re buying because clearly they don’t take back defective products even with a receipt.

I had to politely ask 1 of the 4 cashiers busy working a fairly long line if she could call someone to help me look at sunglasses behind a locked glass door. Without ignoring the customer that She was helping, she politely told me that she'd call someone on the radio right away. It took a moment so when I checked in w/ her, she politely assured me that someone had responded and were on their way up front. No later than 30 seconds after that, someone arrived, cheerful and helped me the entire time. Nice to see some folks can still be Pleasant and professional despite a busy moment.
