  I was there yesterday, only a few days until Christmas, and Sam was amazing! It was a busy time and I saw him multi tasking like crazy. I watched him handle everyone’s questions with a great personality and energy that you don’t see in customer service anymore. Not to mention doing store tasks at the same time. Like yaaaass amazing!

  I had an excellent shopping experience at J.Crew Factory. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The store manager and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering assistance without being intrusive. They went out of their way to help me find the right sizes and styles, making sure I left the store completely satisfied with my purchases. Highly recommend this location!
