  I have recently ordered flowers for an expression of sympathy. Beth has taken the orders each time. She is empathetic and professional in listening to my requests and offering suggestions. The arrangement was beautiful. I highly recommend Busse and Rieck Flowers for any special occasion.

  Yes, my 92 year old friend was so happy to get the arrangement that I sent, but she was especially excited when the delivery person told her to wait; he had more for her. In total, he delivered 4 arrangements that she loved, and not one of them were alike. What a great birthday surprise for her to see how much she was loved! As always, you came through for a special person!

  After another company canceled last minute, I ordered a "Florist's Choice" arrangement from Buses & Rieck for my mom’s birthday—and they did an amazing job! It exceeded my expectations! The same-day delivery was a lifesaver, and Nancy was so helpful over the phone. Living out of state, it meant a lot to be able to send something beautiful she truly loved. Thank you!
