  I went in today to look for a dress for a wedding. When I had gotten to the counter to check out the girls who worked there were talking crap about some girl they knew and making comments on her looks. I had to wait like 2 min for them to finish their conversation before being helped. And while being helped she was still talking bad about the girl. Was extremely upsetting considering this is a store for women and I would feel completely uncomfortable shopping here again if this how they talk about other people.

  brought my younger sister here to shop for homecoming dresses which is supposed to be a fun experience. the girl working (mia) was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. there are dresses high up on the wall where assistance is needed to get the dress down and she had an attitude every time we asked or was super rushed. she dropped a dress and then picked it up and shoved it towards my sister. also asked if she had another size in a dress and she was very snippy and said what's on the floor is all they have which made me not even want to ask to place an online order or check another store. there were other interactions but the final one that made me leave this review was when my sister and i were put in a fitting room she told her to go in and yanked the curtain down smacking her in the head and when i asked why she did that she just walked away. on my way out i asked her name and told the manager and instead of apologizing the manager said "i'll talk to her".
