- NSNm3 St8Dec 6, 20251.0This company life safer is such liars and thieves. I cant even change my battery without having to be charged a service fee. You also cant turn the key without being charged 75$ and being locked out of using your vehicle. Cant use your lights, radio or anything like that. The company told me that everyone working there is from the united states, but that is a lie. Once I payed for the service and got it installed, everyone was from another country, and they provide terrible customer support service. Literally everything I asked about...all of my concerns when I was inquiring, I got lied to about. The device failed after getting it installed, and I had to spend a lot of time, and money getting it fixed. I cannot begin to tell you how stressful this company is to deal with. Go with a different service provider
