- AAADec 26, 20191.0For all other customers: please note that this store does NOT accept or take back items that were purchased online or at a real Express location. I was unaware that this store is apparently an outlet store until an employee informed me “ that I would have to go to either Orland or Fox Valley to make that return.” If I had known this (not from the area), I would never have purchased from Express online. I won’t be shopping at this location or online again.
