She told me since I was picking up in the store I was eligible for a discount on 1 item in the store that day. I let her know that I wanted to try on the capris before I took them home. It's been forever since I have purchased anything from Lane Bryant and I have lost some weight so I was not sure of my size. As we were walking to the dressing room I meet Madi. She was there with my order and let me know she will be around if I need anything. Well, I tried on the capris and loved them, but they looked too big. I ordered a 26. Not realizing I had lost so much weight. I asked the Madi and Jodi their opinion on how they looked and both agreed they were too big. Tried on 2 other sizes and ended up in an 18/20 (WOOHOO!) I was so excited. Madi helped me with returning the original order and was able to get the right size. Just want to say THANK YOU Jodi and Madi for the positive, friendly atmosphere you provided. I left the store feeling good about myself and of course a super cute t-shirt I got on sale just for pick up my order in store. I will for sure be coming back.

- KMKelly McCabeAug 28, 20195.0Everyone there was so helpful. With tips and tricks to but the correct bra and getting different sizes when you're in the fitting room. They all had smiles on which is very rare in retail. The store is clean, bright and organized. If you don't already know Lane Bryant is expensive but the clothes are worth it... They are well made, for correctly and the colors don't fade. If you are sizes 14-28 I recommend taking the trip out to this store.
