  I had a separate meeting with Marina at Razny's in Highland Park and she was exceptional. She helped me explore Cartier watches as well as other jewelry options for gifts, and her attention to detail was amazing. She was patient, thoughtful, and really understood what I was looking for, offering great suggestions without ever being pushy. She also assisted with Rolex options, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Marina made the process feel personalized and special—highly recommend her. Five stars!   I came in to get my engagement ring cleaned a week prior to my wedding. The sales person who had helped my fiancé and I pick out our wedding bands asked me “how I liked the diamond necklace my fiancé bought me”. This necklace was meant to be my wedding gift given to me on my wedding day and the surprise was then ruined. Very disappointing.
