  Two of my favorite pairs of earrings were unwearable because each of them had one that didn't clasp properly, putting me at risk for losing one if I didn't constantly check. I brought them to Razny, prepared to pay for repairs. They're high-quality pieces of jewelry. While one person asked me browse until the repair was complete, another invited me to try on pieces that got my interest. And before I could choose, the repairs were done. Maria and Marina took care of me and the repairs were done as a courtesy. That's why you go to a place like Razny. For the service. I'll be back!

  I had a great experience at Razny in Highland Park today. My wife and I stopped in on a busy Saturday, and despite not knowing us, the Store Manager, Brent, took the time to truly listen to our story. Many high end watch boutiques can feel intimidating, but Brent made us feel like guests in his own home. He was refreshingly personal, professional, and even remembered my wife's name as we were walking out. If you're looking for a world class experience with a family owned feel, go see Brent. Truly a class act!

  I visited Razny Jewelers today to look at options for my first Rolex purchase. I was greeted by Michael as soon as I walked in and was so glad to work with him. He was so warm and knowledgeable. I felt like I was talking to a friend. He took a genuine interest in me and I genuinely enjoyed spending time together talking about Rolexes and life. My only "concern" after the visit was that ALL of the pieces I tried on were amazing and it's likely I will end up with a Rolex collection soon enough! I think when you are buying a luxury timepiece like a Rolex you are buying an experience as much as the piece itself. Michael, and Razny in general, exceeded my expectations for a first visit. I would highly recommend Razny Jewelers -- ask for Michael!
