  I had a great experience at Razny Jewelers, thanks largely to Kira. She showed me several Rolex watches and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain differences between models, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and she made what can be an intimidating purchase feel enjoyable and relaxed. I’d highly recommend asking for Kira if you’re visiting Razny.

  This was my first time ever purchasing jewelry for myself, and walking into a high-end store for the first time was honestly intimidating. I’m shopping for a timepiece to celebrate my 40th birthday, and after hearing so many negative stories online about authorized dealers, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Kira completely changed that for me. She made the entire experience easy, welcoming, and pressure-free. She took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I even came in with my wife and our two kids, and Kira went above and beyond by bringing out a small gift for them before we left — a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us and showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients. I’m incredibly excited about my future purchase and grateful for such a positive first experience. Kira was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely sweet. I can’t recommend her and Razny Jewelers highly enough.

  My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Razny, and I wanted to share how positive and memorable our first Rolex purchase at Razny was. Special thanks to Brandon for his exceptional professionalism and attentive service throughout our journey. As first-time customers at Razny, we visited Razny around Labor Day, interested in Rolex watches. Brandon welcomed us warmly and let us try several models, including a newly arrived Land-Dweller on display. He took the time to understand our preferences, noting down our wish list, and was fully transparent with us about the wait process and how Rolex allocations work at authorized dealers. Based on our previous experiences, it's normal to expect some waiting, especially for popular models, as demand often exceeds supply. We appreciated that Brandon set realistic expectations and kept us informed at every step, never promising an exact timeframe but offering honest guidance. A month after our visit, Brandon texted to let us know that one of the watches we’d asked for might be available in the next couple of months. This proactive communication made the wait feel more personal and exciting. True to his word and to our great surprise, about three months after our initial visit, both my wife and I were able to purchase watches from our interest lists! The whole process was handled with excellent communication—Brandon called right away to let us know our watches were ready for pick up, making us feel valued and remembered. The pickup experience was just as impressive. Brandon didn’t overwhelm us with Rolex’s history since he knew it wasn’t our first time owning one. Instead, he focused on practical advice, like reminding us to secure the crown after adjusting the time to maintain waterproofing.
