I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality and customer service I got from Brent. He is a true professional and his enthusiasm for what he sells was unlike anything I’ve seen from other ADs. He insisted I try on some of the watches they had on display and it absolutely made my day. All my future Rolex purchases will have to be with Brent!

I brought in many pieces to be appraised as well as repaired. Maria Zimmerman was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. My appraisals were done by Todd Matten. His appraisals were the most detailed and thorough that I have ever seen before. Also, each appraisal was accompanied by a color photograph of each piece. I highly recommend Razny Jewelers for their beautiful and unique jewelry as well as their client services!
