As a single father, I was kind of nervous and felt awkward since I don’t know much about dresses or fashion. The sales assistant was very kind and helpful right from the start. The assistant manager Magda came by to see how we were doing and must have sensed the tension and decided to help us more. She really broke the tension making us feel much more comfortable. Together, they made the situation delightful and memorable. As a single father, I’m genuinely grateful for the experience. Moments like this don’t come around often, and I hope it’s a memory that stays with my daughter for a long time. It is rare to find people of this calibre. The store is truly lucky to have such great employees committed to helping people and creating memorable experiences for their customers.
