- QSQueenie SimmonsAug 7, 20251.0The store manager doesn't care about her customers there because she allow her employees to hang up on the phone with people when you asked them to find a shoe that you and the reason why I asked be I stay a 1 hour away from there and the store manager wasn't there yet but her employee was so asked her to look and she told me to come look and when she hung up and I called back she said someone else the next day would and I never had that happen to me ever in other vans store or even this until that happen and when I told the manager about it she wouldn't even talk to her about it because it would be such a hassle to do so I'm like what?!! I can't with this store
