Most SunglassHut at Macy’s are sold with defects in the Sunglasses and are the only ones left, the defect sunglasses! Also you can’t return Sunglasses at a regular SunglassHut store because apparently Macy’s SunglassHut is not part of a regular SunglassHut store. The employee at this specific SunglassHut store was always on his cellphone talking, regardless talking to the customers. Also he sold me defect sunglasses without mentioning it at checkout! Outrageous and TERRIBLE service, lost a loyal customer!

Walked in and didn't even get greeted bc the lady who was working was too busy talking to the 4 friends that she had there. I waited a good 10 minutes before she said you all set... She looked for the sunglasses in the back but not till I got home did I realize they were the wrong ones. As well as she didn't even ask me if they fit my face. Throughout the whole transaction she didn't say one word to me nor tell me about any of the store policies... Overall sunglasses hut you guys are selling expensive items so the least you could do was make sure you have good costumer service.
