Talk about fantastic customer service! Each and every sales person were so helpful and engaging, helping me to find the perfect pair of sunglasses. After picking out some sharp ones for me the one salesman found another pair that weren’t on the floor that I loved even more than the initial pair I picked out. Such a great crew of helpful guys over there. My husband prefers Oakley and this was our second time at this store. We each got a pair of sunglasses. Needless to say we’ll be back! They have nice apparel too!

Oakley reached out and still did nothing. Better get a protection plan for their quality going down hill. I was asked to fill out a care from from Oakley. The store manager was supposed to reach out to me. They decided to just close the form and not reach out. They are not good and low quality. go somewhere else that values your money. There cookie cutter response below goes on every negative review. they don't care. Do better Oakley!!!!!!!!!!!
