- YAyousef abdallahOct 13, 20241.0I bought a new watch from Movodo in Gurnee Mills, and it malfunctioned right away. They replaced it, but after a month, the same issue happened again with the new watch they gave me. The manager was rude and refused to help, claiming I wasn’t in their system despite being a loyal customer and having an account with them and I showed the charge from there location in Gurnee mills and still refused to help me. Terrible service—avoid this place!
