The store is great, however those damn timeshare-selling people are annoying as hell (sorry). I mean, I know they're just trying to do their jobs and everything, but they are almost equivalent to car salesman 🫣. You must have some thick skin to be constantly rejected (I think) at least 80% of the time... I wonder, what the percentage is of people actually falling for their spieles and buying into that crap? 🤔 Regardless, stay away from my son. Creeps.

I usually have a decent experience With this bass pros. The workers are usually friendly and courteous. Needless to say, I guess those same Aspects did not apply to the Santa’s workshop. One would think because it is a family, friendly activity and because of the holidays it would be so. We went to the Santa’s workshop here and also thought it would be a good idea to also get some Christmas gifts out the way in the mall big mistake. Upon entering there was a big line for the photo with Santa as we approached, we were greeted with this Hispanic male elf who had a bitter face and a nasty attitude who told us that the line just close us as we walked up. He asked us if we had reservations to which I did not make because in the past I have made them and I did not need them so I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. We came all the way from the Chicagoland area and with the traffic, it took us around an hour and 30 minutes to get to this place in a very robotic mannerism. He kept repeating himself that we can come simply tomorrow so easily. This was My only day off I have which my day off I had gotten out of work around eight in the morning left the house by two and got there by four. I was able to make a reservation last minute, but website was not working at its best . upon waiting on the line, The same guy approached me and my family and told me in front of them and a bunch of people that this better be my last time that I pull something like this and he will not make any exceptions next year and that he will not let the fly and I have to make better choices. by the time we were able to take our photo, I felt so uncomfortable mind you the whole time he was staring at us that my picture came out ruined. I felt attack rushed, and uncomfortable. Needless to say this has to be the one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with my children, taking a family photo will never come back again. Shame on bass pros for having such bitter people hired for something that’s supposed to be happy memorable and family friendly. Plus the set up was not even that nice as other bass pros. Also, my kids were crying so I did not make the situation any better. I had such a wonderful experience here that it even killed my vibe to even want to finish Christmas shopping. I should have went with my gut and went with the Santa in the mall. The people seem happier as well.

Products show as available on website, but are not actually available in store. Wasted an hour driving to/from the store. 2nd time this has happened. I checked wesite again 2 days after my visit both times and item still shows in stock. Don't trust the website! Disorganized merchandising, mixed SKUs on shelves, some without pricing/locations. Similar, higher cost items are in the location for a lower cost variant. Only BP/Cabelas I've been in where reloading powder is hidden away. No chance of customer making an impulse purchase there so they are only hurting themselves. Meh

The staff is very pleasant and offers help but the hunting products offered continues to dwindle down. Every time they drop a product it is replaced with more clothes. Who buys all these clothes ? Actual camo or blaze orange I understand but the rest is regular mens & womans clothes. Now all the ammunition is behind glass cases and actual hunting gear and gun related accessories are at an all time low. It's all very sad.

Terrible experience at the gun counter. No where does it say you must sign in at a kiosk, just “save your spot”. Ended up waiting 30-45 minutes in line, in front of the counter where the employees could see, just for people who showed up after me to get helped first. All I needed was a couple boxes of ammo, which are locked up and REQUIRE to wait in line for help. 3 minutes tops. Ended up walking out with nothing, everything put back because I wasn’t being helped. I am a Club Member and won’t be coming back here for anything firearm related.
