    I always have an excellent experience whenever I work with Bill at Bass Pro. His knowledge of firearms is outstanding—he explains everything clearly, gives honest guidance, and really knows his stuff. On top of that, his customer service is exceptional. He’s patient, friendly, and always makes sure I’m taken care of in the best way possible. I’m truly happy every time I get to deal with Bill. He consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s clear he cares about his customers. Bass Pro is lucky to have him! Highly recommended.

    If there's anything that you want in the sporting world , oh , my is this the place to go. I wish they had a location near me in Indiana.But i'm so glad that I stopped here. The fish tanks are really beautiful. So many items, I could have spent hours in this store. The staff was absolutely delightful and helps me with my questions and finding me the shoes that I needed.

    Really disappointed with our Bass Pro Shops Santa photo experience this year. We were 15 minutes early for our photo, but Santa was on break — no big deal, we waited. I overheard the manager tell the team they could take more than one photo (you just get one free print), which sounded great. But when it was our turn, the photographer only snapped one quick picture — didn’t even check if my daughter was smiling. For context, my 4-year-old takes a minute to warm up to Santa, so one rushed photo doesn’t cut it. When I politely mentioned it, the staffer’s response was, “It’s a free photo.” Well, no kidding — but that doesn’t excuse the rudeness or ignoring what the manager just said. I’m very pregnant and was starting to feel nauseous, so when customer service asked if we wanted to retake it, I declined — I just wanted to share my feedback. After years of loving this tradition, I’m not sure we’ll be back. It’s not worth the effort just to be treated like that. We’ll stick with paid photos with Black Santa in a few weeks instead — always such a kind and patient experience.

    Very rude and dismissive. My cocking string broke on my crossbow. After coming in that day (Sunday) to get it looked at I had to wait for someone and no one was able to help me. Calling again on Monday I had to speak to Tom who wasn't available until Wednesday. Why do you only have one guy who can help with this? I came here on Friday, Tom barely looked at my crossbow and told me they didn’t have that part. With the sense of his dismissive attitude and the stores general persona of “we can’t help you with anything unless you’re spending an egregious amount of money” persona I left. He didn’t guide me in any direction, the name of the part, where to get it etc. You guys disgust me with your money first attitude. Not even selling the part is also extremely frustrating. Because now the one time I am able to go hunting I can’t.
