  Nice clean store with some quality licensed stuff (Disney, stranger things, NFL, NBA). Everything in the store is pretty reasonably priced.

  Honestly I was very excited about this place till I encountered their terrible store return policy. I needed to exchange a pair of boots since they were a size too small. I found out they are unable to exchange or return without a receipt. No where besides in small print on the register and receipt does it say this. I’m truly disappointed as I was very excited for this store however since the poor customer service that I received at this store I am not sure I want to go back. The manager was super unhelpful and did absolutely nothing to help the situation. I am unsure how a store can be ran with this type of return policy, it is terribly frustrating.

  Today went to this store to try and exchange clothes that I bought as a Christmas gift I did loose my receipt but I'm not asking for my money to be returned I just want an exchange for different size tags are still on the product but I was told no cause they cant look it up I understand needing a receipt for money back but all I'm asking is for an exchange what company now a days won't exchange with out a receipt or is not able to look up a purchase I was told the system they use is to old for that this was my first time shopping here and will be my last and I also will try to divert others from shopping here as well

  I wouldn’t give them your money. I went to purchase something and it rang up $2 more than what was on the tag and they didn’t want to honor it and had to get a manager. I said never mind I don’t want it. They are rude and don’t honor prices. I know it’s was only $2 but it was the principal. They should gone by the tag price. I will NEVER go back there again!!!
