  ​"Disappointing experience today. I tried to return a pair of Crocs without a receipt (paid cash), offering my ID for store credit as per standard retail policy. Both Madison and a male associate in a purple shirt were completely unhelpful and unwilling to even consider an exchange. Most department stores prioritize customer service and find ways to assist, but that wasn't the case here. This was my last time shopping at this location." El dia de hoy pare en la tienda Nordstrom rack a regresar unas crocs que compre wl mes pasado, desafortunadamente parece que pague con dinero en efectivo y perdino desechamos el recibo, hasta donde yo sabia si no tienes el recibo y no logran ubicar la transaccion puedo proveer mi identificacion para regresar mi producto y obtener una tarjeta de credito de la tienda, pues la señorita madison y un joven de camisa como color purpura me dijeron que no podia regresar el articulo, les pregunte que si podian hacer solo el intercambio pero al parecer no tenian deseos de ayudarme, creo que sera la ultima vez que compro en esta tienda, en cualquier otra tienda departamental solo mostrando la identificacion lo ayudan a uno, al parecer en esta tienda no es asi.

  Store manager was very rude. I was 5 days past from the return date, and the store associate told me I can return for the current selling price as store credit. I asked if I can talk to the manager for an exception and the manager told me she will only accept the item that was currently selling for the same price, the other item I had was on clearance and they won't even accept it back for the current selling price for store credit like the associate initially told me. Never coming back to this location again...very rude

  I was going to purchase a beige sweater. It had a marking on it and knitting was coming apart so I asked the cashier if she could check if there were anymore in the store. The cashier stated there was 1 more and had an associate help me look for it. She found it! The 2nd sweater also had a couple defects on it. I really liked the sweater so I asked if maybe the manager could reduce the price a tad and I'd take it anyway(non-refundable) the manager stated no and the associate put the sweaters back on the rack!! Are you serious!? Put it back on the rack to see if some poor sighted person misses the defects and purchases them or they dont get sold at all due to the defects! Thats ridiculous! I'll drive to Schaumburg or Oakbrook before visiting this NR again!! Enjoy the defective sweaters!!!

  One of the smallest Nordstrom racks ive been in, minimal selection. Same shirts all in size small, same with the pants. Just not a good spread
