- AXAnonymous XSep 26, 20251.0Absolutely horrible , bought a small tube of perfume not knowing the price because things are priced at the counters and when I got in the car it was $37 dollars when a full size costs $50 . I tried to return it but it’s policy that beauty items can’t be returned . No one tells you that when you are purchasing! So i get told it’s on the website… I’m not looking at a website while shopping I store . I don’t see the sticker they are saying that they have on the counter . Will never support you guys again . Next time hopefully you have your items priced and train your employees to tell a customer when it’s a final sale . Nordstrom in wheaton always tells me when it’s a final sale . The manager was absolutely not helpful at all . Don’t waste your time calling. Bottom line is if I knew the price I’d never buy it . $37 means nothing to a big chain store but it means something to people who have to buy food and support a family .
