  J.Crew embodies and embraces social stratification and it reflects in their values, customer service, and their target audience. I don’t understand what makes their clothing and accessories premium when it’s mostly polyester and acrylic? I believe this store doesn’t offer an experience that promotes inclusivity and utility to the community.

  J.Crew Factory only gets 5 stars from me because the workers there are FANTASTIC! They're helpful, and knowledgeable about the clothing. The store is always neat and clean too. Besides that, the clothing isn't the best and they mostly fit a certain demographic. You'll find some nice pieces here and there but overall, the material of their clothing is the worst. For those prices, you'd assume they would have better choices in fabric.

  I went to this location after having a pretty tough day. I was greeted by Mayen and she couldn’t have been more delightful. She and Julian made clothes shopping an enjoyable experience, as if I stepped back in time. What a wonderful pair these two are. I’m so glad I stopped in. I’ll be back!

  The crew here are always so kind and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized! Great addition to the neighborhood.
