  8732 South Kedzie Avenue, Evergreen Park, Illinois 60805 I had a very disappointing experience with this location regarding a Valentine’s Day order. I placed an order for delivery, and the driver arrived around 6:30 p.m. However, the recipient was not home at the time. The driver called the recipient, and she informed them that she was not home and told them not to worry about delivering it and to cancel the order. Later, the store incorrectly marked the order as delivered, even though the arrangement was never received. When I contacted the store directly, they repeatedly insisted that the item had been delivered, which was simply not true. Because the location refused to resolve the issue, I had to escalate the situation by calling Edible Arrangements’ corporate customer service and submitting an email complaint. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank because the store falsely reported the order as delivered and did not issue a refund. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers should not have to go through this much trouble to resolve a simple issue, especially when the delivery never occurred. I hope management reviews this situation and improves accountability and customer service so that other customers do not experience the same issue.

  The driver let my Mother balloons get blown away on her birthday smh has to be the silliest thing ever. Never coming back here. They hire real life clowns

  My lovely daughter who lives in another state bought a beautiful edible arrangement for me 🥰. I was thrilled to get this gift. However, due to my busy schedule of work, the deliveries were delayed. There were multiple attempts to deliver the arrangement by a lady on the 25th…I was not home after waiting and had to celebrate my birthday. The same lady tried to redeliver on the 26th after it had to be remade.i waited four hours and had to leave. Finally, the funniest older grumpy man delivered the arrangement on the 27th. He mitched about the doorbell which is a Ring doorbell that works; he mitched about the address not being on the mailbox; he mitched about my gate being locked; then he left the edible by the front door and said “I’m outta here” and so was the balloon!🎈 Thank you for your attempts. I do appreciate your efforts. I will make sure to let my daughter know not to order anything else from you going forward. Happy Birthday to me and Happy New Year!!

  Didn't tell me something got replaced until after I had already left. Also I had to remind them i got flowers with the box. Other than those little bumps they're amazing! Thank you 👏 🙏

  I didn't want to put a star. When i walked in it was dirty place the service was not professional, there computer was not working. I'll will never go there, ill start going to the same one I been go in sherville indiana amazing place.
