The young lady at the register & the store manager were just wonderful. In a situation where they could have made it a bit difficult, they were terrific. The store was immaculate & very well stocked. I went to the store before closing since it was getting late, and Rob saw me looking for the shoes and helped me find them. When I noticed that my online order was full price and the shoes were $10 off in store, he honored the store price in addition to adding protection to the shoes for free. Rob really went above and beyond for me.
