Everyone is wonderful and easy to work with but Ben goes above and beyond. I would not go anywhere else, we built a new house and he helped with the correct wood burning fireplace for the house. He even made Hot Chocolate. I love this place.

He made a home visit to ensure I was measuring correctly and scheduled at my convenience. The installation team - Brian and Paul showed up on time actually a little early which was fine. They put their protective shoe covers on when they first came in to look at the distance between the front door and the wood burning fireplace being converted. They explained they would go out and retrieve drop cloths and placed them from the entrance all the way to the fireplace and then they would bring in their tools. They gave me an explanation of everything they were doing. Gave me an excellent demonstration on how to use the remote control. Could not be happier with the work performed, and the price paid for the conversion!! Big thank you to the team & WELL DONE!
