I got all the info I could want, and some confidence building words from the staff. A few days later, I had an hour in the morning, and I installed my new setup. I couldn't be happier!! Easy to install, easy to enjoy! Would recommend 10/10!

He helped us design a gas log setup specific to us. No high-pressure tactics from this professional! We finally selected the Hargrove Woodland Timbers. Installation was a breeze. The scheduler was very pleasant and accommodating. Our installer, Wally couldn't have been better. Very professional and personable. He went out of his way to make certain that we understood how to work everything. Our new gas log setup exceeds our expectations in looks and performance. We now use our fireplace every night.

I stopped into The House of Fireplaces to purchase new cinders and embers. Ben Miller made sure I had everything I needed and provided a video describing how to layer all the new material. It was a painless process and we are currently enjoying our fireplace once again!
