  I had the worst experience they messed my order up took a month n half almost to even speak with me and I had to call them back to even speak to someone smh what I ordered isn’t what I received they were very respectful but that doesn’t change that I’m very saddened with my experience I was offered a refund but not to fully remake the whole order smh my mom was very sad and so am I I always loved this place but I will no longer support it smh

  I was extremely disappointed with this order. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the beautiful arrangement shown online. What made this even more upsetting was the reason behind the purchase. My daughter, who is currently serving in the Navy, wanted to do something meaningful and special for me from afar. She carefully chose the arrangement based on what was advertised, and when it arrived, it was completely different. Instead of bringing joy, the delivery caused sadness and frustration especially for my daughter, who was so excited for this surprise. When someone puts thought, love, and limited time into choosing a gift, it’s heartbreaking when the result doesn’t match what was promised. I truly expected better accuracy and care.

  My mom ordered cupcakes, flowers and a cheesecake from here for my husband and I for our birthdays.The order was delivered with flowers and cupcakes, and the driver was very nice. I messaged my mom and thanked her for them, and she responded letting me know there was also supposed to be a cheesecake. I looked at the tag and sure enough, it showed that the flowers were part of a gift bundle with the cheesecake. I called the store right away, hoping the rest of the order was in the delivery van. We live about 35 minutes from the store, so I wanted to check before they got too far away. Nobody answered, so I left a message. Nobody ever called me back. I called 3 more times that day, and every day since then. I’ve also submitted a feedback form on their website hoping for a callback. Terrible customer service.

  Just go to Nothing Bundt Cakes at this point. I wanted some simple chocolate covered strawberries and they looked extremely rushed . I called to see what could be done and didn’t get an answer. I decided to go up there to see if they could remake them before they closed at 7p. I got there at 6p and nobody was there. My job ordered from there as well some weeks earlier and the order didn’t come correct at all.
