  I placed a $350 birthday order (including a $50 tip) for same-day delivery from this location and specifically requested one-hour delivery. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After placing the order, there was zero communication. I called the store over 30 times — no answer. I left multiple voicemails — no callback. I sent emails and submitted requests through the website — no response. There is literally no way to reach this location. I even contacted their head office in Atlanta, and shockingly, they said they could not cancel the order or issue a refund because they also could not reach the store. Imagine that — the company cannot reach its own franchise. This was for a birthday, and the complete lack of communication ruined the occasion. When you charge premium prices and accept a generous tip, the bare minimum expectation is basic communication and reliability. Extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this location.

  This location scammed me out of $140. I paid for expedited 1 hour delivery and got my order after 5 hours. I called for an update several times but no one answered the phone. When I finally got my order, it was not what I ordered and the flowers were in near dead condition. I ordered a 2 dozen set with a vase and instead I got two separate one dozen flowers completely different than what I ordered. Total waste of money

  One of the worst customers experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order at 4 AM. They delivered the order as my wife was leaving at the end of the day at 5 o’clock on the nose. I tried calling the business throughout the day as it had shown that the store had the order. I called them five times never to return a single one of my calls. I called corporate on three different occasions who also tried to reach them by phone and was unable to reach them. The whole operation is super shady. I would not recommend using this location for anyone., As my wife has also ordered stuff for her office and had late delivery when she paid for one hour delivery.
