  I had such a wonderful experience and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize David and Rafat for going above and beyond. I needed something special for my birthday at the very last minute, and they completely came through for me in a way I truly didn’t expect. From the moment I reached out, they were kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. I also had a bit of a language barrier, and they were incredibly understanding, respectful, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and fully understood throughout the entire process. That meant a lot to me and really shows the level of care they have for their customers. They didn’t make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience, even though it was a last-minute request—they handled everything so smoothly and professionally. You can tell they really care about what they do and about making people happy. The arrangement turned out beautiful and fresh, and it honestly made my birthday feel extra special. It wasn’t just about the product, but the experience they created. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and it made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and enjoyable. David and Rafat are a huge reason I’ll be coming back and recommending this location to others.   I’m honestly sad to be writing this review because I always order a +$150 order on my family members birthday but this is the second time they send spoiled fruit and the nuts on the strawberries were sour and smelled expired . I was also missing a coupon I used for my birthday 6 piece free fruit :/ the quality and attention has gone down and I’m sad I will have to look for a new fruit place or make it myself because this place was once great

  **Excellent service and great experience!** The new management at this location is doing an outstanding job. My order was prepared beautifully and delivered right on time. Everything was fresh, well‑packaged, and exactly as expected. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care they put into their service. Highly recommended!
