To put it bluntly, I've never had a problem finding a dress I like here (fr yr hoco and now sr yr prom) however, customer service sucks and they are in desperate need of more adult help. Only one adult in the whole store it seemed like with about 10 teenagers running around. The teenagers that work there, although very sweet, are not helpful. They have limited knowledge in response to questions about alterations during the middle of prom season. Again they just need more adult help here. This store is only good for finding dresses, everything else seems like a hassle.

My daughter and I went to this store to find her a prom dress, and when I say that the service was bad… I mean it was bad. The basement was in horrible condition, and the mirrors location was in a spot that you couldn’t see yourself in. I felt so bad for my daughter when she had finally found the dress she wanted but was yelled at by the manager for trying on dresses. We were willing to pay for a dress, which means we are valuable customers, yet the manager and her little minion workers treated us like kindergarteners. Don’t go here if you value your time, money, and self worth.

I wish I could give zero stars for this business for their TERRIBLE service. My friends and I went there to get clearance dresses for prom. We knew where the clearance section was so we went down there without being greeted and proceeded to try on dresses alone for a while. Then the manager came down and started scolding a bunch of respectful and mature teenage girls and two grown women. She treated every single one of us terribly and yelled at us for having dresses hanging on other racks and having a few on the floor because there were barely any hooks avaliable. She started touching OUR personal belongings that were just sitting on the floor because we were the only people in the room. She tried to snatch dresses out of our hands while we were trying to hang it back up to be helpful. After the first 10 seconds of her being in the room with us we all felt extremely uncomfortable. Then one of the other employees came down and she started pressuring us and repeatedly asking us which dresses we were trying on and done and was clearly trying to get us to hurry up and be done. They brought down another customer and we offered them up one of the two dressing room but the customer was kind and allowed us to use both and waited for us to leave. We felt as though we needed to ask if we could even touch the dresses. When we went up to checkout we noticed that the girls trying on full price dresses upstairs were being treated with much more respect and kindness by most of the staff. We were treated like children and the staff acted like we were going to destroy the clearance dresses that we were purchasing. I advise you to NEVER go to this place due to their AWFUL service to us.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Do not and I repeat, do not shop here!!! My group and I were treated with a huge amount of disrespect all because we shopped in the clearance section in the basement. There was an obvious difference in customer service between the girls who were shopping in the “in season” section upstairs and the people in the clearance section downstairs. The manager and one of the workers came down and yelled at us for trying on dresses… in a DRESS STORE. I am beyond angry at how not just myself but my friends were treated. I would understand how suspicious it would look if four teenagers were in a clearance section in a basement trying on dresses by themselves. We could ruin the dresses or worse, but my friends mother was there as well. And guess what? SHE WAS MISTREATED TOO! The fact that you would treat potential customers with rudeness is beyond me. I would try to grab a dress to try on or put it back where I found it, but every dang time the worker would yank it from my grasp, like if I even touched the dress then it would burn into a pile of ashes. Not just the worker made me feel like a child being scolded, but the manager too. How on earth do you expect people to buy your prom dresses when you treat them like how I was treated. She yelled at us for letting the clearance dresses, (which had a lot of holes and missing zippers on them which is why I’m appalled at how extremely careful she wanted us to be with them) touch the ground when we were taking them off of our bodies. Please never shop here or support them in any way.
