I called so many times and left so many messages, no one ever got back to me. I read other people reviews before ordering but gave them benefit of doubt but I shouldn’t have ordered from them. When I called on Monday finally an employee Pamela picked up and said oh yeah my boss decided to close on Sunday, wait what you have an order and you never inform them about cancellation? The employee felt no regret and said it’s not my fault and I can’t give you my boss’s number, leave a bad review if you want to! Deerfield location should close they are horrible and what a crappy customer service!

Once he arrived home, he saw that one flower was ROTTEN! So rotten that it had white and green mold on the entire flower. He submitted a complaint on their website and an employee call him saying that he would have to return them if he wanted a full refund. He suggested at least a practical refund because he didn't want to go back on Valentine's Day night and that he has pictures to prove how low quality their products are. The employee said no. This was a horrible customer service experience. All I can say is to refrain from ordering from this location.
