  I brought my 17 y.o. Rolex Datejust in for its first service. Although it was still running fine, it was seven years past the recommended service period. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was quickly helped by Cescily. She explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. She was great! Less than four weeks later I received a call that my watch was ready to be picked up. I decided to have it polished, and when I picked it up it looked brand new. It’s running great. I couldn’t be happier with Cescily and the service received at Persin & Robbin.

  I was warmed welcomed by Sally that was nothing but very polite, attentive and very helpful. She took the time to show me watches and explained all about them. She was extremely engaged through the process and very communicative. Sally took the time to clean my rings while I was waiting for my Rolex watch to be sized for me. Very happy with the service and my purchase. Will be returning again.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Adam at Persin & Robbin during the purchase of my first Tudor watch. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. His depth of knowledge about the Tudor brand really stood out , he took the time to walk me through the history, craftsmanship, and different models in a way that felt both informative and engaging. What truly set Adam apart was his attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond. He was kind enough to arrange a complimentary Tudor watch pouch and even included a Tudor pen a small gesture, but ones that made a lasting impression. It’s this level of thoughtfulness and customer care that makes the entire experience feel special and personal. As someone who owns multiple luxury watches from various brands, I can confidently say that this was one of the most enjoyable buying experiences I’ve had. Adam made the entire process seamless and memorable, and I’m genuinely glad I chose to purchase my Tudor from him. Experiences like this are exactly why I’ll be coming back and recommending him to others.

  Upon further reflection of my initial review, I decided to repost with an updated review. Again, when I had inquired about obtaining a Rolex watch, my impression with the sales department they did not seem overly interested in selling me a brand new Rolex on the day I arrived in the store . Now I realize Rolex determines the number of watches they produce globally and I'm sure each authorized Rolex AD is only allocated so many of each particular Rolex each year. Now how each AD decides upon whom is selected to have the opportunity to purchase is still a mystery as I have known individuals who have both just walked in and purchased a Rolex on the spot and others whom have been on wait-list for years. Although I have removed myself from the wait-list from this particular AD as I'm going to pay the premium and look to the grey market to obtain the new Rolex I desire instead of waiting for an unknown unspecific time frame via the wait list, I do have to honestly say the quality of jewelry and repair work which they have done on both a high end watch for me and several fine pieces of jewelry from my late wife was exceptional work performed. That being said, I do apologize for my initial review post as the frustration level of trying to obtain a new Rolex at retail market price is just extremely frustrating. Those who are looking for fine Jewelry and or fine watches and are okay with a wait list, Persin & Robbins is a fine family jewelry store to shop. I'm changing my star review from a 2 to a 4.
