Two of the sales associates Kirsten and Adam never make me feel like what am I doing there and I do visit weekly. Rolex watches are difficult to find and I do believe at some point soon I will get my dream time piece, I highly recommend them. 6 stars for Kirsten and Adam! By the way my wife loves her Tudor Blue Lagoon

This week I got a call that the exact watch I had been hoping for had come in, which was such an exciting moment. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Kirsten was incredible to work with — so friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and she made the whole process feel easy and comfortable without any pressure. The store itself is beautiful and welcoming, which just added to the experience. I truly couldn’t be happier and look forward to shopping with Kirsten and Persin & Robbin again in the future. She helped us secure a 31mm Turquoise Oyster Perpetual for my wife, which is truly a stunning piece. Beyond just the watch itself, it was the way Kirsten handled everything that stood out as she was communicative, transparent, and excited for us. Seeing my wife light up when we picked it up was the highlight of the year. It’s rare to find that level of personal attention and trust these days.
