  I needed to have our jewelry appraised, and from the moment I called to inquire about this service until I walked into the store, I couldn't believe how nice everyone was at Persin and Robbin. I immediately made an appointment with Cathy, the designer, to update one of my rings. Words cannot describe how much I liked working with Cathy and her ideas. How patient she was with me, and how she knew what I would like. My new, updated ring is spectacular, and I couldn't be happier. I cannot emphasize enough how NICE and helpful everyone who works there is. I vote for Persin and Robbin.

  I stopped into Persin and Robbin on the previous weekend with my young daughters to look around as I have recently registered my interest in a new watch. Cescily, who I spoke with previously, invited my daughters into the back where watchmakers Russel and Anthony were working. Russel let my daughters look at the piece he was working on and explained the parts. They were so fascinated and amazed how the parts of the movement became a watch. Back on the floor, Kirsten was extremely welcoming to myself and daughters and showed my oldest some pave dialed pieces and an explorer 2 for myself. Cescily and Kirsten were just incredible in explaining options and what the jewelers were able to create with custom peices for rings and necklaces. Overall just an amazing experience and kind staff and look forward to my purchases with them in the future.

  We had great experiences with Adam every time we went to the store. He is knowledgeable about the watches, stones and diamonds. He was very patient when we were trying different models snd asking many questions. He even offered to contact me for some jewelry that they do not carry but may be available in the future. We didn’t make the decision at the first time. After checking out a different Jeweler, we liked Adam’s service more and felt more comfortable, so we went back to make the purchase. The entire team is friendly and professional. The new store is sleek and clean with great selections of luxury brands. I’d recommend P&R to friends and family for sure.

  Thanks to Sally at Persin and Robbin Jewelers, I was able to experience one of the best days of my life. With her kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine support, I was finally able to acquire the watch I had been searching for over many years. I am truly grateful.   I truly want to thank Kirsten from Persin & Robbin Jewelers. Two years ago, I stopped by another location of Persin & Robbin Jewelers in Chicago because I wanted to buy myself a birthday gift. They took down my information and the watch I was interested in, but I never heard back from them in the following two years. Recently, I saw that Persin & Robbin Jewelers opened a new location and decided to give it another try since my birthday was coming up again. That’s when I met Kirsten. Kirsten is absolutely amazing — professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the moment she greeted us, the service was outstanding. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. By pure coincidence, on Valentine’s Day — which also marked the 7th anniversary of my wife and me being together — I finally received my dream watch. I was honestly beyond excited and almost lost for words. Thank you, Kirsten, for making this such a meaningful and unforgettable moment for us.
