- JSJim S6 days ago1.0They have a very strict 30 day return policy, no exceptions. So if you unexpectedly end up in the hospital, like I did, they won't even let you return it for an in-store credit. Rules are rules!

The four employees I interacted with were very attentive, helpful and friendly. This has not been my experience with other locations. I will definitely drive the extra time to shop of Deer Park. After scanning the price of my items she was like there you go. She is the one that has a tattoo on her arm. They should hire some better employees so the customers will keep coming back. This is the worse lululemon that I’ve ever been. Don’t ever come here. Better to order online than deal with these mean workers.
