  I just ordered again from this location and I was lucky to speak with the new management team, this is by far one of the best experiences I had with Edible Arrangements. Thank you I will definitely continue ordering from this location

  Absolutely the worst experience ever! The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She acts as if it’s such a chore to provide service. On Friday I called in to ask how long it would take for an order of half dipped pineapples? She huffed and puffed and then replied, “I don’t know what your talking about. What do you mean by a half dipped pineapple? You mean a box?” All this with having the sound of disgust that I had the nerve to call in for service. I ended Jon it placing the order because it would have taken too long and I was heading out of town for a few days. Now fast forward. I asked to place an order for pickup for later today since I’m about to got the road on the way back home and when I gave her my time of pickup (which was 1:30pm and they just opened 15 minutes ago) her reply was you can’t make it sooner. I asked her what they’re hours of operation were and she stated she may close early and didn’t want to have to wait for me and maybe I should check another store. I then asked do they not have standard operating hours and her reply to me was it was not my place to discuss the hours that they are open. I will be contacting corporate about this location. Regardless if it is a corporate store or a franchise. I can guarantee this is no where near the level of service and quality they are expecting.

  If i could give 0 stars i would. The manager is still rude, unprofessional and doesn't care about customers. Apparently she is unfazed by all the bad reviews too. I received an arrangement for my birthday and the honeydew and cantaloupe tasted like LEMONS. Strange since they don't use any preservatives, so they say. It was so bad that after 1 bite, I spat it out and threw the whole thing away in my kitchen wastebasket. Apparently that was the dealbreaker as it was now in the wastebasket so a replacement could not be made. I called and spoke to 2 workers who both said that all they could do was issue a $25 credit to the giftgiver with no hope of replacing the majority of the fruit that was in the arrangement. THANKS for the not so generous credit being that 75% of the fruit cannot be eaten. They were so hung up on the fruit that tasted bad and their inability to replace the melons instead of focusing on their cheap credit which could possibly be applied to a DIFFERENT fruit that they actually got right, like strawberries. Apparently sending over 3 overpriced chocolate strawberries worth $30 was too much of a leap and they would prefer arguing with a customer for 15 minutes who now has 0 chance of ever buying from them again. Great job, inedible arrangements.

  Horrible costumer service, strawberry chocolates where not fresh, they where old. I brought to thier attention and I ordered again and I didn't get what I ordered and I called to complain again and they where so rude and said that why dis I keep complaining and ordering from thier establishment. NEVER AGIAN WILL I ORDER FROM THIER. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
