It’s primarily medical, but does great recreational work, too. I’ve found the staff, bud tenders, advisors, management, and all the wonderful employees who really want to help you get or feel better, comfortable, relaxed, or happy and have some pep.

I was given a card to reach out to customer service via email unable to get help in person. I send the email with photos and do not hear back for 3 weeks. I called and they stated they never check that email and it isn’t the correct one and I needed to resend and file a claim. 3 weeks later I finally am able to reach somebody via email who applies credits to my account. Miscommunication with customers and within themselves.
