There's absolutely no reason on this Earth why a product should be $180 here and $81 down at Beyond hello! On Friday and Saturday they have store-wide sales and Wednesday is wax Wednesday. They also have other random sales throughout the week. You also don't have to deal with the BS that I'm about to tell you about. I ordered product, they confirmed order, they texted order was ready for pickup. I go to pick up my order and suddenly they don't have my order. Of course they're willing to substitute for a product that cost about twice the price. They claimed there was an issue with the seal so they couldn't sell it to me, it was also conveniently the very last one. My question is, there wasn't a problem when I ordered it, there wasn't a problem when they confirmed it, there wasn't a problem when they told me it was ready for pickup. Yet when I make the drive up there and the clerk goes in the back to get it, it takes like 10 minutes and suddenly there's a problem with a seal. Why are they opening up my product and checking the seals at that point? If they were going to do that shouldnt it have been done when I placed my order, when they confirmed my order or maybe even before they told me it was ready for pickup? Why is the clerk opening the lid on my containers? This is called bait and switch. They offer you a product at a discounted price and you go to purchase the product and it suddenly is not available and all they can substitute with is a product that is almost twice the price. They had a similar product at a similar price point. I tried to get them to substitute that one instead and they absolutely refused and the only substitution they would allow was twice the price. This is why I always shop at Beyond hello and I will never step foot back in another ascend facility. I will also tell anybody and everybody that will listen to never ever trust you guys or visit your facilities. I will send them all to Beyond hello as they offer the best prices and hassle free pickup! Be sure to visit Beyond Hello for all your thc needs at the best prices around! And don't forget on Friday and Saturday they have store wide sales, Wednesday is wax Wednesday for discounts on all your waxes and other concentrates. They also offer various other great deals throughout the week, just check the menu online daily to see what they have going on. Shine products are $81/Oz on sale today. That's $98.90 out the door for an ounce! High Supply brand regularly goes on sale for $84/Oz. That comes just under $105 out the door. Don't be fooled by Ascend with their high prices and highway robbery. Get on down to Beyond Hello and get treated right! I don't know how many people you scammed with that deal but I hope it was worth it. I won't get fooled again! BUYERS BEWARE ASCEND IS A RIPOFF!

I had a very enjoyable experience with her, she also checked all prices for me which I appreciated. The computer system was acting up on scanning and the Manager was needed to enter two types of product and he was very nice also!!! So very impressed with Lauren and Ascend!!!
