  Love the atmosphere and clothing selection. Truly one of my favourite parts of that stretch is visiting the insightful staff and enjoying learning about new products offered.

  I have purchased more than 2k in orders from this store . I had to return a few items and they wouldn't let me and were not understanding at all . Not friendly at all . I had so many customers go to this store . Well they can forget that . Horrible customer service Wilson . Avoid this store if you want good customer service.

  I went in to get a pair of tennis shoes. The sales person was professional at first. But when I told him I saw a pair online that just came out and the price of them so he could know, his attitude suddenly changed and emphasized there are only limited colors in store. I asked to see a white pair in my size. He almost rolled his eyes and said it will take a few mins. When he came back, he put them on the corner of small table that already had things on it, and left. Without opening the box and without checking on me and he was just talking to two other colleagues maybe around 15 feet away from me. I felt very uncomfortable and weird because I don’t know what went wrong. Maybe he thinks I just go there to try and will purchase online? Highly unprofessional to ditch a customer like that.

  If you're into tennis this is a must-visit store! They have a vast selection of men's and women's apparel, rackets, tennis shoes and various accessories. The Wilson clothing is giving the country club/classic aesthetic that is trendy right now. All the pieces I purchased are high quality. The staff is really helpful and kind to chat with! We will come back!
