  Outstanding customer service! We started giving our child an allowance each week that they deposits in three jars (Give, Spend, Save). They chose a squirrel puppet as their first save goal after seeing it at Timeless Toys while shopping for a birthday present for a friend. When they had enough money for the puppet I called to make sure it was still there and was informed it was sold out. I called around and no one in the Chicagoland area had this puppet in stock. We were really hoping for an actual exchange of their money at the store so I emailed Timeless Toys and explained our situation. They were incredibly accommodating. They tried to add the red squirrel puppet to their existing order but it was too late and another order wouldn't be placed for a while. They humored us with a fake exchange today! I purchased the puppet online and my child was able to go through all the motions of the learning experience we were trying to cultivate. They picked out another puppet for their next goal while we were there! I've shopped here for years leading up to this purchase because of their quality inventory. We are thrilled to be coming back soon! Special thanks to Flavia for working to help set this up and to the cashier (sad I don't have their name!) who was so kind and patient with us!

  I’ve got grandkids and Timeless Toys is my go to. Quality merchandise, helpful staff, manageable. And the gift wrapping!! A fun place to shop.

  Loved this store! The products are so fun and cute, love the retro feel. The cashier offered to wrap my purchase, as it was a gift, which was super sweet. Great experience and will definitely be doing more kiddo-gift-shopping here.
