Had a great experience with a CA here, unfortunately his name escapes me. He let my partner try on a few rings he was interested in and even educated us on some of the old original designs that other brands have mimicked over the years. Would definitely come back as we felt more than welcomed here!

On March 4th I entered the store to have multiple pieces of my jewelry cleaned. I had a very pleasant drop off experience and was told it may take up to an hour an half, which was also notated on my receipt. Two and a half hours later I returned for pickup. I handed my receipt to a woman with long dark hair and said I hoped I had left enough time as I had been gone over two hours. She looked at my receipt and informed me that “This many pieces always takes much longer and you should have allowed for more time” but she quickly left to check on them. She returned with all my pieces after a few minutes. I began putting them all back on and discovered my necklace was now knotted. I attempted to remove the knot myself without success. I carried the black velvet tray over to her and asked for assistance removing the knot. At this point she informed me “We don’t perform knot removal service”. Wow. I informed her I gave them an unknotted chain and her response was to then angrily dig and peck at my chain with her nails until she finally released the knot. I was honestly appalled and completely shocked by her rudeness. From the moment I handed her the pick up receipt she was rude, dismissive and acted completely bothered. At no other Tiffany’s, anywhere else in the world, have I experienced such exceedingly poor service. I’d have received better at Claire’s. For the Tiffany’s magic, please go to any other store than this one. Tiffany’s is magical and my happy place, just not at this Tiffany’s. - C. Bruch

The team at Tiffany’s in Chicago is top-notch. Even though we were just browsing, they treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. No "salesy" attitude at all—just a lovely tour of the store. We really appreciated the warm atmosphere!

We purchased my wife’s anniversary ring from Tiffany & Co. expecting the level of quality and craftsmanship the brand is known for. Unfortunately, after roughly five years of normal wear, multiple sapphires developed cracks and two became loose.
Tiffany’s conclusion that this damage is due to “impact or excessive wear” does not reflect the facts: there were no known significant impacts, my wife routinely wears other fine rings without issue, and much of the damage was only visible after months in Tiffany’s possession.
Sapphire is a durable gemstone, and cracking across multiple stones under normal use raises serious questions about stone selection, setting, or manufacturing quality. Despite providing all relevant details and requesting reconsideration, Tiffany has refused to repair the ring or provide documentation supporting their conclusion.
At this price point, customers reasonably expect durability and accountability. We hope Tiffany will reconsider its position and uphold the standards of quality and service for which it is known.

My mom and I recently visited Tiffany & Co. and at first we were unfortunately overlooked. We walked around the store a few times without anyone acknowledging us, which was a little disappointing for a luxury store experience.
A woman who seemed like a manager eventually noticed us and apologized, even offering us some chocolates and introducing us to Hiromi. Hiromi was incredibly kind, attentive, and completely turned our experience around. She took great care of us, and because of her we ended up making a purchase.
I would just hope that customers are acknowledged a bit sooner when they walk in, especially when shopping at a luxury store where people are often making meaningful purchases. That said, we are very grateful to Hiromi for making the rest of our visit such a positive one.
