  They have some sewing notions and a large selection of machines. They also repair and maintenance machines.

  On February 26th, I came into the store to make a purchase. I bought this singer sewing machine with the help of the manager there. I'm not sure what his name was but he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the different sewing machines for me and I ended up finding one that was a good fit! I really appreciated his knowledge, expertise, and how fast and efficient he was. He was helping so many people and answering their questions so quickly. By the time I walked in and left, he helped about 4-5 people. Meanwhile, the woman employee helped 1 person who did not even end up buying anything from the store. She seemed a bit unfriendly and didn't have any interest helping others. Very unfortunate. Needless to say, I will be back and shout out to the manager who was working in the morning that day! The process was quick and smooth.

  This store is the best! The staff are so knowledgeable and nice. They quickly and easily identified the problem with my machine and solved it on the spot. They have helped me with both my 1950 Singer Featherweight and my 2024 Juki TL-18QVP. This store is a gem!

  After checking around everyone near ILLINOIS + the WEB, I can honestly say I'm above satisfied with the purchase of both new JUKI machines. From our first visit Nancy was super nice and informative. After deciding to purchase from them, Mike helped us schedule the DELIVERY & SETUP (which by the way noone else offered). Today, they set up the entire machine, brought the thread we needed, threaded both machines for us, basically set it up so we where ready to start working. Both gentlemen where extremely professional and Mike was nice enough to direct us to a supplier for the rest of the thread we need. There's a reason why more than half of the other sewing machine vendors are no longer here. I would recommend to anyone that is out there thinking about purchasing any type of machine. I couldn't be happier with our purchase!
